ROSEHIP OIL
Rosehip oil is loaded with skin-nourishing vitamins and essential fatty acids. It is renowned amongst the best vegetable oil source of Omega 3 and Omega 6. Both are very effective for cell and tissue regeneration which gives elasticity to the skin and helps against skin ageing.

HYALURONIC ACID
Hyaluronic Acid is a natural plumping agent. The reason it can plump, cushion and lubricate is its amazing ability to hold and retain more than 1,000 times its own weight in water. Every person has Hyaluronic acid in them but we lose it as we age. We use it in a number of our products to deliver real skin benefits.

LAVENDER OIL

Love it!
I use all the Kinvara skin products and top it off with this gently fragranced day cream. Apart from loving each separate product, such beautiful smells, I also like that they are made in Ireland. Is brea liom go bhfuil Kinvara ag úsáid Gaeilge chomh maith. 👏

What is a face moisturiser and what does it do?

A face moisturiser hydrates and protects your skin, helping keep it soft, comfortable and balanced. Our multi-award-winning Active Rosehip Day Cream is a lightweight face moisturiser packed with rosehip oil, hyaluronic acid and vitamin E to plump, nourish and hydrate. It leaves your skin feeling smooth and velvety, with a beautiful matte finish.

Can I use it as a night-time face moisturiser too?

Absolutely! Despite the name, it's a lovely face moisturiser for both morning and night.

Is it a good primer for makeup?

Yes, it's a face moisturiser and makeup primer in one! It absorbs super fast and leaves a smooth, velvety matte finish, so your makeup glides on beautifully and stays put. Hyaluronic acid plumps and hydrates, creating a soft, even canvas without any greasy residue. It saves you a step and a product. Just add your SPF on top before your makeup.

Is it a good face moisturiser for oily skin?

Oily skin still needs hydration. Skipping moisturiser can leave skin feeling tight and out of balance. Our Day Cream gives your skin the moisture it needs without the heaviness. It absorbs super fast, leaves a matte finish rather than a shine, and won't leave an oily residue. Hyaluronic acid hydrates by drawing in and holding water, so your skin feels plump and comfortable, not greasy. So many of our customers with oily skin tell us it's the face moisturiser they've been searching for!

Is it suitable for dry skin?

Yes! It's a face moisturiser for all skin types. For extra hydration, layer it over our 24Hr Rosehip Face Serum. Together they leave skin feeling calm, hydrated and nourished.

Is it a good face moisturiser for sensitive skin?

It's dermatologically tested and suitable for all ages and skin types, and many of our customers with sensitive skin love it. It does contain natural lemon and lavender essential oils, so always do a patch test first and stop using it if any irritation develops.

Does this face moisturiser contain SPF?

Not yet. It's very tricky to formulate a natural sunscreen, but it's part of our ongoing research and development. In the meantime, apply your face moisturiser first, then your SPF on top, either as a separate product or within your makeup.

What does it smell like?

A gorgeous, relaxing scent of lemon and lavender from natural essential oils. Lavender has been used to lift our mood and wellbeing for hundreds of years!

How long does a jar last?

About 4 months, based on average customer use. A little really does go a long way!
